Charles' great grandfather, his mother Ruth's grandfather Barton Mowry with his wife Ruth Walkup and two of their sons Origin, and Rhanaldo were passengers aboard the Ship Brooklyn.

Ship Passenger list records show:
Barton Mowry, 47, he stayed in California, didn't continue as an active Mormon.
Ruth Walkup Mowry, 47, ended up in Utah, continued active Mormon.
Origin Mowry, 21, stayed in California, didn't continue as an active Mormon.
Rhanaldo Mowry, 18, ended up in Utah, continued active Mormon.

Remained as Members of LDS. Yes = 160  No = 76  Non = 4
